The Marathon Diaries: The First Fifteen Weeks

It’s always recommended to itemise one’s runs in a diary of some form and I tend to do this in a few different places with some sparse details such as, the route, time, type of run and, if anyone, the company I had on the run. Here’s a simple table of what’s happened so far during the first fifteen weeks of training for The Robin Hood Marathon 2009. It shows an average of around 33-plus miles per week at this point – one that will hopefully be moving upwards over the next four weeks before the final tapering week.
